His path to dentistry started in the science lab. After completing an honours degree in Neuroscience and Human Anatomy, Simon graduated with honours in Dentistry before pursuing a Master’s in Clinical Dentistry (Prosthodontics) at King’s College London — awarded with Distinction. That rare combination of scientific depth and clinical mastery shapes everything he does.
In 2010, Simon founded Bite Dental Studios in Brisbane CBD to create a different kind of dental experience — unhurried, relationship-driven, and uncompromising on quality. Today, as a Fellow of the Royal Australasian College of Dental Surgeons and Queensland Chairman, he continues to teach, examine, and push the boundaries of restorative dentistry.
